What is ePicas?
ePicas is a software package that enables you to view live availability on our web site and place availability or pre-book orders at any time of the day or night. ePicas also offers an Excel download option and the ability to look up orders, order status and tracking numbers. Soon, it will also offer access to photos and cultural information in both an html and PDF format.

Who is notified when an order is placed?
If the order is input by the customer, the customer, broker and Plug Connection will all receive an acknowledgement.

How often is ePicas availability updated?
ePicas availability is live and is automatically updated whenever a transaction occurs.

What is the big difference between standard availability being updated every 15 minutes and ePicas live availability?
When you place your order through ePicas, the likelihood that your order has already been sold is close to zero. When you place a standard availability order, it takes time for the order to go from your hands to the hands of the Plug Connection customer service representative. During this time, the likelihood that your order will be sold increases.

Do I need a name and password to log into ePicas?  If so, how do I obtain them?
