How can I get your availability sent to me?

When can I find your availability on the web or expect it in my e-mail?
Standard availability and ePicas availability is always available to view online and is updated every Tuesday at midnight PST. e-mails are sent out on Wednesdays with product highlights and links to our current availability.

How accurate is the availability on the website?
Standard availability is updated every 15 minutes on our website. ePicas availability is live and is automatically updated whenever a transaction occurs.

How long is the availability active?
Tuesday at midnight until the following Monday at 4:00 p.m. PST. This is critical in the heavy shipping months so that orders can be processed and shipped on the appropriate days, especially air shipments.

Can I order from the availability and have it shipped the same week?
Yes, if the product is available in the current week.

When is the latest that I can make changes to an availability order?
Before Friday 12:00 p.m. PST for Monday shipping.

What is the minimum I need to order?
Off availability it is only required to fill one box. With ePicas, you can pre-book orders and not worry about minimums.

What if I only need a few trays which would leave a partially filled box?
It is in your best interest to fill the box. Having that extra space in the box gives the trays too much room and can ruin an awesome tray of plugs simply by being thrown around in the box even though we pack it very well. A surcharge will be applied to unfilled boxes. No claims will be honored on partially filled boxes.

You can mix-and-match: 6/512's, 6/288's, 4/128's, 4/102's, 3/72's, 2/104's

Do I call my broker to order from availability?
With standard availability, the answer is yes, or you may call our customer service department at 760.631.0992. View our broker list.

With ePicas availability, however, you can place your own online order at anytime of the day or night.

Do you backorder any product that I couldn’t get when I placed my order?
Only when necessary. If the tray has already been sold then please look on the availability and match an appropriate sub. Availability is just that… Available. Try to be open to subs and tray sizes when working off availability.

With ePicas availability, you never have to worry about your order already being sold. Because ePicas is live, you know exactly what you are going to get.

What tray sizes do you sell on availability?
The availability is a combination of spec programs and the extras that come off the custom orders. So there could be several different tray sizes on the avail at any given time. It could be 72’s on some items or 128’s. The majority of the trays will be 102's, 288’s or 512’s.
