Shipping prepaid and added to invoice. No box charges: complete boxes only. All shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours. Other claims must be reported within 5 days of receipt. Plug Connection's Master Phytosanitary Certificate eliminates phytosanitary fees of $35 for all domestic shipments, with the exception of international orders - $125, Canada orders - $100.

FREIGHT DAMAGE:
Customers should inspect boxes and plants in the presence of a representative of the carrier. If damage
exists, it should be noted on the bill of lading. All shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours. Other
claims must be reported within 5 days of receipt. No freight claims will be honored on partial boxes.

Our custom-built, environmentally friendly shipping containers break down easily to reduce the time you currently spend receiving, taking inventory and unloading. They're a perfect fit for as low as 66 trays per small 4' rack or as many as 162 trays per large 6' rack. And with shelving made from 100% recycled plastic, you can choose to reuse them or recycle the plastic.
